This Board acts as a recommending body in the development of the leisure system with the City and shall be an advisory body responsible for providing guidelines and direction in meeting the cultural, artistic, athletic/fitness, historic, tourism, and natural resources of the community. The Board also advises the Parks Department in connection with the artistic and cultural development of White House and establishes goals, policies, and procedures for a recreation program. This Board meets on a quarterly basis, on the first Thursday of the month. The Board consists of seven members serving three-year terms.
