The Records division is responsible for providing information requested to the public, maintaining information interdepartmental, and reporting statistics to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation(TBI).   The information submitted to TBI is used for the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) which is managed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).  You can use the link at the bottom of this page to view Tennessee crime statistics. 

Obtaining an incident or crash report can be done in person during administrative hours. When requesting in person please bring a valid government ID. The cost for printed reports is .15 per page, we accept cash or check only.  Incident reports may also be requested via email or fax by completing the records request form below and returning to our office with a copy of valid government ID.
