The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) hears appeals, variances, special exceptions, zoning map boundaries, and zoning ordinance interpretations. The Board meets on an as-needed basis on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7p.m. in the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center. The Board consists of five members serving three-year terms.
