Baseball/Softball Fields- Field Rentals can be done on a week to week basis by calling our office (615)672-4350.

$15.00 for 1.5 hours without lights

$100.00 per day per field

Open Space

Open Space Rental

This rental option is for space not connected to a rentable facility and for events that intend to charge attendees to participate (registration fees, entry fees, etc.)

Hourly Rental Rate

$20.00- Non-residents

Group Size Fee Rate:

0-100: $50.00
101-250: $75.00
251-500: $100.00
500+ : $250.00

Anyone who reserves a facility must pay in full at the time the reservation is made. Any reservation for the gymnasium or community room must be made no later than Thursday at 5:15pm during the preceding week.

Host an Event!

Do you want to host an event at one of our facilities? Submit a Special Event Application to start planning your large event.

Special event applications do not need to be submitted for small parties renting pavilion or facility space.
