When and who should pull a Road Cut Permit

When cutting a road maintained by the City of White House, a utility company, sub-contractor, builder or developer must fill out the below forms, sign and date, pay the required fees, outlined in Title 16 of the Municipal Code, and contact the Public Services Division for inspection of the road cut and the repair after the road cut is completed.
