Community Room:  ($100.00 refundable deposit)

Hourly Rates: access to tables, chairs, & warming kitchen

• $75.00- Residents
• 150.00- Non-residents

Room set-up (tables and chairs): $100.00

Stage access & set up 

• $250.00 Refundable deposit
• $250.00 Flat fee

Audio Visual Access (Projector & Sound System)

• $250.00 refundable deposit
• $250.00 Flat fee 

Those reserving the community room must "leave it as you found it" to have the deposit refunded to them. This includes moving tables, and chairs back to original layouts, sweeping, and removing all trash and food items. Those who run over their designated rental time may be subject to losing their deposit as well.
