The City of White House is pleased to announce that two highly regarded healthcare providers, Tri-Star Hendersonville Medical Center and Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas, have submitted applications for a Certificate of Need with the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission to establish a state-of-the-art, stand-alone emergency room in White House.
Either proposed emergency room would significantly enhance healthcare access for the White House community, providing critical emergency services closer to home. These potential developments are a crucial milestone in the City's ongoing efforts to improve local healthcare infrastructure as our population continues to grow.
City Administrator Gerald Herman expressed the City's enthusiasm about being considered by two prominent healthcare organizations. "We are excited to have both Tri-Star Hendersonville Medical Center and Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas looking at our community for this essential healthcare facility. Either of these emergency rooms would be a tremendous asset to our residents, ensuring immediate and high-quality care in emergencies."
The City of White House values its partnership with healthcare providers and remains committed to enhancing the quality of life for all residents through better access to healthcare. As both applications move forward through the Certificate of Need process, the City eagerly anticipates future developments.
